Synch iPhone/iPod with WildObs Website

Right now WildObs Observer is a field tool for capturing encounters (what/where/when and a photo) but it could be more if it synchronized fully with WildObs website:

1) Download encounters entered on the website.
2) Downlaod changes (e.g. photos added) from the website.
3) Allow user photos (especially from site) to be used as personal species identification photos.
